Training
Each new employee goes through and induction program. We also encourage our employees to keep upgrading themselves by taking in-house/external training both in technology and domain areas. We have L&D (Learning & Development) group which conducts trainings/workshops in different domain/technology areas.
Compensation and Benefits

Senior Systems Analyst(01/24/12): Piscataway, NJ & at unanticipated locations throughout United States: Responsible for planning, processing, performing, and coordinating all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor. Analyze critical client operations, system needs, and software requirements. Translate client requirements to project specifications. Convert project specifications using flowcharts and diagrams into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding in computer languages, including C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, VBScript, Smalltalk, WPF, XAML, Dreamweaver, Flash, Design patterns, Web Services, Javascript frameworks, Scriptaculous, and JQuery. Analyze, design, coordinate, and oversee the development of software systems. Develop efficient system for testing, validation, programming, and documentation. Create database tables, triggers, and stored procedures. Diagnose and troubleshoot problem programs and design solutions to problematic programming. Oversee work of junior programmers, developers, and other team members in assigned projects. Train clients on software system design and maintenance. Assist users to solve operating problems. Conduct regular meetings and update project stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent followed by at least 5 years progressive work experience in programming, software engineering, and computer systems analysis.
